For this reason, we kindly ask everyone to follow the house rules. Failure to respect them may result in cancellation of the stay and/or restricted access to hotel facilities.
Guests are kindly requested to treat all rooms, furniture, and hotel facilities with care. In the event of damage, loss, or misuse of any property, Te Gjyshi – Hotel & Restaurant reserves the right to charge the full cost of repair or replacement.
Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability.
A valid credit/debit card may be required to guarantee the booking.
Guests must provide accurate personal information at the time of booking.
Special requests (room view, terrace table, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 15:00pm
Check-out: until 10:30
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available according to the rate selected at booking.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified.
In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation may be charged.
Payment
We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
Full payment may be required at check-in.
Tourist tax (if applicable by Albanian law) is included or specified separately.
Children & Extra Beds
Children are welcome.
Extra beds or baby cots are available upon request (additional charges may apply).
Maximum room occupancy must be respected.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

Parking
Private parking is available (subject to availability).
Te Gjyshi is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles. But all areas are surveid with cameras.
